We have several forms of membership: playing, non-playing and associate along with an active Vice Presidents section.
Full rates of membership and application forms are available from the Club Secretary upon request.

Membership Fees – 09/10 Season arrangements.
Background:
PRFC has had historically a number of methods for collecting both membership and match fees across all of the
senior playing sides. The standard membership fee (£70 with ½ price for students) had an early payment discount
applied (of £5) if this was paid, in full, by September and match fees are collected by the nominated player/manager
for each squad. Match fees will remain at £7
The standard rate for Non Player members and Vice Presidents (VP’s) will be £65 as a minimum contribution.
We welcome any additional amount that members may wish to contribute.
In order to improve the overall amounts of monies collected a structured collection arrangement will be introduced
with a series of dedicated registration days, where appropriate committee members will be available in the Bar.

At the beginning of 09/10 season players (and Non Playing Members) will be asked to register and pay their initial fees.
With the changes to club records, which must conform to the Rugby First registration system we are required to
complete NEW Membership forms for ALL registered members. These forms are available from the website and notice
boards.
A completed form and payment (cash, cheque and debit card) should be submitted to your team captain or to the
Selection Committee which meets every Tuesday evening
Non Payment Actions:
It is important to note that Non-Payment by the end of September WILL result in removal from the eligible rosta and
you will NOT be selected to play. Whilst this an existing club rule we would not wish to exercise it. Please ensure that
you have registered and paid during the registration days. If you wish to discuss this further, or experience any
difficulties please speak to Cathy Whapham, or Dick Tyrrell.
